Holly Sonders’ radical move to become an explicit content creator tends to overshadow her earlier success in golf and sports journalism. Many people forget that she was once one of golf’s most popular personalities.
After a brief but successful junior golf career that included three NCAA Regional Tournament appearances and two NCAA Championship Tournament appearances, Sonders became a household name in broadcasting, most notably as a reporter and anchor for Fox Sports.
More recently, however, Sonders has made the switch to explicit content, prioritising her social media brand over her journalism career. In fact, the former anchor’s main project at the moment is Exposed Sports, which, in Sonders’ words, “features your favourite IG babes going head-to-head in competition… sweaty and oiled up”.
In the influencer’s latest Instagram post, she dropped some bombshell news about her future.
Sonders uploaded a throwback video from ten years ago in which she hinted at a possible return to TV. “Playing Lessons with the Pros was by far my favourite show I hosted… we travelled to the best golfers in the world and I played with them one-on-one at their home courses. The footage we got was amazing and the show was very popular. After 5 years away from TV, I feel like it’s time to come back…” she wrote in the caption.
It wasn’t the news of a possible return to the small screen that shocked Sonders’ Instagram followers. Instead, it was her striking physical transformation. Sonders looked completely unrecognisable in the footage, which was shot before she underwent multiple plastic surgery procedures.
Fans took to the comments section to express their total shock at her physical transformation. “Back when you were a natural beauty,” wrote one user. “Back when you were the most attractive woman in the business,” said another.
