Singer and mother of four Jessie James Decker recently revealed her plans to undergo a plastic surgery procedure to address stretched skin after her pregnancies. During an Instagram Story Q&A on Tuesday, November 5, Decker candidly responded to a fan asking about skin-tightening techniques for the stomach area post-baby.
“My skin is definitely stretched out after four kids! This last one definitely sent it over the edge, haha,” she shared. Decker explained that she’s considering a “mini tuck,” a procedure involving a small incision to tighten the skin by re-cutting the scar, pulling the skin down, and stitching it back up. She added, “It will make me feel better,” but clarified she’s not rushing into surgery just yet.
Decker, 36, shares her children—Vivianne, 10, Eric, 9, Forrest, 6, and Denver, 9 months—with her husband, former NFL player Eric Decker. The couple, who married in 2013, have been open about their family journey and the realities of parenthood.
In the Q&A, Decker also discussed the weight she gained during each pregnancy. “I never hold back during pregnancies. Ya girl is hungry, so I feast,” she joked. Decker revealed that she typically gains around 50 pounds each time, adding, “I’m growing a human. I’m hormonal, and I wanna just live my life!”
She mentioned that her body tends to retain pregnancy weight until she stops breastfeeding. “This is the quickest I’ve lost all the weight, but it’s also the quickest I’ve ever stopped nursing!” she noted. Following the birth of her youngest child, Denver, Decker previously mentioned wanting a breast reduction to feel more comfortable with her body.
Jessie James Decker’s honest insights about motherhood, body image, and her post-baby body reflect her commitment to both personal wellness and a positive outlook as she balances family life and her music career.
