Loren Brovarnik, star of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, is leaving the door open for further cosmetic procedures after recently undergoing a series of surgeries aimed at reshaping her post-pregnancy body.
In Season 8 of the show, viewers saw the mother of three undergo a significant Mommy Makeover, which included a tummy tuck to correct abdominal diastasis, liposuction, and a fat transfer to her breasts, opting for a more natural approach instead of implants. However, despite her efforts, Loren was not fully satisfied with the results. She has since considered additional procedures, including a second fat transfer to increase breast size and a “clean up” surgery to address some abdominal scarring.
Recently, Loren visited her plastic surgeon, Dr. Dev Vibhakar, for what appeared to be a follow-up appointment. While there, she filmed herself in a medical gown, sharing the moment with her Instagram followers. In the video, Dr. Vibhakar confirmed Loren was “doing solid” post-surgery, while Loren teased that there may be more procedures in her future, saying, “Yeah, well, maybe more to come. We’ll see… Never say never.”
Loren had previously discussed the possibility of another fat transfer to enhance her breast size, revealing in the show that she had already broached the topic with Dr. Vibhakar. “I wanted bigger boobs,” Loren confessed during a conversation with her family, who were strongly opposed to her undergoing another surgery. Her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, expressed concern, describing the decision as a “slippery slope” and insisting he loved Loren just the way she was. “You know, she looks great already, and that’s it. We’re not doing this again,” Alexei stated.
Despite facing backlash for her choice to undergo cosmetic surgery, Loren has stood by her decisions. She has emphasized that her surgeries were made with her happiness and well-being in mind. In a September Instagram post, Loren declared that the procedures had “changed our lives forever, for the better.” Encouraging others who might be considering similar procedures, Loren wrote, “Whether you agree with MY decision or not, I made the best decision for ME and our family, with the support from my amazing husband and the help from the best doctor! I truly couldn’t be happier!!”
With her openness about the process, Loren continues to encourage others to prioritize their own happiness, regardless of outside opinions.
