South African media personality Khanyi Mbau has unveiled her transformed appearance after undergoing a series of cosmetic procedures, including blepharoplasty, a subnasal lip lift, and fox eye surgery. The TV star, known for her bold fashion choices and public persona, took to Instagram to share the results of her transformation more than 100 days after the surgeries.
In a recent Instagram story, Khanyi detailed the changes, which included a longer upper lip, eyelid surgery to remove excess skin, repositioned eyebrows, and a mini facelift that pulled her face from the sides for a more sculpted look. She also shared an image of her new look, highlighting a plumper, more youthful face with almond-shaped eyes and a more balanced appearance.
The post was later shared by controversial blogger Musa Khawula on X (formerly Twitter), where users flooded the comments section with a mix of reactions. Some praised her bold new appearance, while others offered their opinions on her transformation.
Khanyi, who recently joined the reality show Young, Famous & African, is set to showcase her acting talents in Netflix’s upcoming series Out of Office.
