The 53-year-old singer and television personality recently shared a behind-the-scenes look at her latest cosmetic treatment via Instagram, offering fans a glimpse into her journey toward flawless skin.
In a video posted to her social media, Jayne is seen lying on a medical bed while Dr. Jason Emer, her trusted cosmetic dermatologist of eight years, begins a laser treatment. Dr. Emer, who has worked with Jayne through numerous skin struggles, speaks highly of her, calling her “the best patient” he’s had the pleasure of treating.
Dr. Emer revealed that Jayne has long dealt with light, sensitive skin, which has made her prone to inflammation. He explained that the Dominos singer’s frequent makeup use and the constant cleansing necessary for her job had contributed to her skin issues.
“Things were up and down for a long time, but we’ve finally gotten to this point,” Dr. Emer said. He also noted that Jayne had endured a series of flare-ups throughout the year and had recently started a six-week treatment plan designed to soothe her skin.
The treatment includes vascular lasers aimed at reducing redness and improving skin tone. Dr. Emer emphasized that despite previous struggles, Jayne’s skin now appears nearly poreless, wrinkle-free, and without sun damage. “She looks radiant,” he added, noting that a fan had recently commented on her glowing complexion.
