Lindsay Arnold, former Dancing with the Stars dancer, is on the road to recovery following her recent breast augmentation surgery. The 31-year-old took to social media to share her experiences and updates, documenting the entire process from pre-surgery preparations to post-operation recovery.
On January 14, Arnold shared a series of posts, including a TikTok video on January 15, giving followers an inside look at the journey. The video showed everything from the moments leading up to her surgery, including a fun behind-the-scenes segment where Arnold and her surgeon shared a dance for an Instagram Reel.
Arnold confirmed that the surgery was a success and humorously added that “Post surgery Lindsay is a sight to see.” She also mentioned that while she was recovering at home, the pain was manageable, although she experienced some dizziness and nausea.
Later that same day, Arnold updated fans via her Instagram Stories, reporting that while coming off the anesthesia had been challenging, she was feeling much better after a good night’s sleep. “Pain levels are still good,” she wrote, adding that the worst had passed.
In a heartfelt moment, Arnold posted a video of her daughters, Sage and June, cuddling with her as she rested. She expressed her gratitude for their gentleness, calling them “the sweetest” in the caption.
Arnold had previously shared her decision to undergo breast augmentation in December 2024, revealing that it was a gift to herself for Christmas. She also reflected on the mixed feelings people may have about the procedure, saying it was something she had always wanted to do. She acknowledged the weight of the decision, saying, “You make the choices for yourself and you have to live with those choices.”
As for her new look, Arnold confidently addressed a comment from a follower on TikTok who expressed regret over their own breast augmentation. “New have entered the chat and zero regrets here,” she wrote in reply, showing her enthusiasm and satisfaction with the results.
