A cosmetic surgeon was forced to change her passport photo because it was unrecognisable.
Joanne Prophet’s (@joanneprophet) TikTok showing her transformation has been seen by nearly 200,000 people in less than a week.
She wrote: “Finally updated my passport pic after being interrogated every time I fly because apparently this doesn’t look like me,” alongside snaps of her previous passport photo compared to her new one.
To achieve her new look, the aesthetician underwent a number of procedures including a nose job, chin filler, skin booster, lip filler, boob job, teeth work, fat removal along her jawline and eyelashes and hair extensions.
She joked, “Do you think I look the same? Seriously, no wonder I keep getting stopped at passport control.
She told viewers: ‘Oh guys, the messages I’m getting from all of you are so funny.
Yeah, so that’s me, the reason I had to renew it is because I’ve been to Turkey a couple of times now and I got pulled into a room for about an hour.
I was interrogated by about six Turkish men, so obviously that was a massive concern.
‘Then when I flew back from Manchester they had to keep looking at the picture and they said ‘you need to get this fixed because it doesn’t look like you and that’s probably why you keep getting pulled in’.
So this picture was taken years and years and years ago because I just used the same picture from my other passport, so it’s over ten years old.
But yeah, it’s me, I’ve had a proper makeover, haven’t I?
As well as having cosmetic procedures such as a nose job and lip fillers, the TikToker also performs micro-needling on herself ‘religiously every month’.
Viewers were shocked by the transformation and asked her to ‘teach them’ how it’s done.
One user wrote: ‘You went from Kim Woodburn to supermodel,’ while another added: ‘There’s hope for us all.
Someone else wrote ‘Please show us how you glowed, I need whatever you did’.
Others also chimed in with their own experiences, adding ‘HAHA same thing happened to me! I was detained for hours in Cape Verde. Five stone weight loss, dyed hair and some chin/lip filler’ and ‘Same thing happened to me because I had so many operations.
Another said, ‘The Turkish immigration cameras at passport control pick up the slightest change, I’ve only had my nose done and they keep asking and getting’, to which Joanne replied, ‘Considering a lot of people fly there for surgery, they need to fix that.
