Characterized by red, itchy rashes, these infections typically affect body folds like the groin and buttocks but can spread elsewhere. Treatment involves using antifungal creams or powders and maintaining dry skin in susceptible areas.
Acne also becomes more problematic due to excessive humidity, which can clog pores with sweat and dirt. Regular cleansing and the use of non-comedogenic skincare products are essential to manage acne during this season. Treatment options include benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid applications.
Increased skin sensitivity and allergies are common, presenting as itchy red rashes, dry skin, or blisters due to excessive sweating. Using fragrance-free, hypoallergenic moisturizers helps maintain skin hydration, while severe cases may require corticosteroid creams prescribed by dermatologists.
Athlete’s foot, caused by wet socks and poor foot hygiene, manifests as an itchy, scaly rash on the feet. Treatment involves thorough drying of the feet, regular sock changes, and antifungal creams.
Heat rashes, or prickly heat, appear as red, itchy bumps due to sweat duct blockage. Prevention includes cool showers, loose clothing, and the application of calamine lotion to soothe the skin.

4.Change socks and wet shoes frequently to prevent athlete’s foot.
5.Shampoo regularly to avoid dandruff.
6.Exfoliate the skin bi-weekly to remove dead cells and prevent clogged pores.
7.Avoid sharing towels, clothes, footwear, and nail cutters to minimize infection risks.
