Anfisa Nava, a prominent figure from the reality TV series “90 Day Fiancé,” has caused a stir among fans with a recent Instagram selfie showcasing a dramatic change in her appearance. The 28-year-old reality star, who was known for her role on the show from 2016 to 2018, appears markedly different from the Russian bride who married Jorge Nava in 2017.
In the Instagram post, Nava’s altered look led to a wave of reactions from fans. Many expressed surprise and confusion over her new appearance. “What did she do to her face? I didn’t recognize her! So much Botox and surgeries,” one commenter wrote. Another added, “She doesn’t look like Anfisa. What a shame, she was so pretty.”
However, not all responses were negative. Some supporters praised her current look, with comments like, “Lovely pictures!!! You look absolutely beautiful,” and “You’re gorgeous and these pics are a vibe.” Others acknowledged her previous beauty while expressing support for her choices: “Well, you were gorgeous before the change. But hey… whatever floats your boat.”
Nava has been open about her extensive cosmetic procedures, including three rhinoplasties. She first underwent surgery in Russia to correct a deviated septum. Dissatisfied with the results, she had a second rhinoplasty in the United States for cosmetic reasons. Her third procedure took place in Turkey in 2022. Nava has stated that Turkey was chosen due to the high expertise of local surgeons and the reasonable prices.
“I chose Turkey because doctors there are very experienced with this type of surgery, people come from all over the world to get their noses done, and prices are more than reasonable,” she shared on Instagram. She described her experience as positive, noting that the Istanbul hospital was new and the staff was attentive.
Beyond her rhinoplasties, Nava has also had breast augmentation, lip fillers, and Botox injections. She has transformed not only her face but her body as well through weight training and nutrition. Nava now works as an online fitness coach and has competed in several fitness competitions.
Anfisa Nava originally appeared on season four of “90 Day Fiancé” alongside her then-fiancé, Jorge Nava. The couple later featured on the spin-off “Happily Ever After?” before leaving the franchise in 2018 and divorcing in 2020. Recently, Nava made a return to reality television with a role on E!’s “House of Villains.”
