Elaina Starr, a New York-based influencer known for her extensive cosmetic surgery history, has recently shared her difficulties in finding genuine romantic connections. Starr, who has undergone over 500 cosmetic procedures, including multiple Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs) and lip fillers, revealed her struggles.
The 33-year-old content creator expressed concerns that potential partners are often drawn to her primarily because of her altered appearance. “I’ve had over 500 procedures. Guys will stare, and women always seem to have an issue with me,” Starr said, reflecting on her experiences.
Starr’s extensive cosmetic procedures have included “four or five” BBLs and various lip fillers, which she admits do not always look “natural.” Despite her significant investment of $250,000 in her appearance, she remains resolute about her lifestyle choices. “If someone I was dating asked me to stop getting plastic surgery, he’d find himself single very quickly,” she stated.
Starr’s focus is on finding someone who appreciates her for her personality and intellect rather than her physical transformation. “People may not like it, but for me, it’s a way of life. I’m really just looking for someone who appreciates me for who I am, because I’m smart and funny and because I have so much more to offer,” she explained.
Despite her confidence, Starr admitted to feeling “really nervous” about finding a partner who values her true self over her distinctive cosmetic choices.
