Ashley Martson, known for her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé, is preparing for cosmetic surgery as a personal treat. The 38-year-old reality star has scheduled a breast lift with silicone implant exchange and liposuction on her arms. Martson, who is finished having children, views the surgery as a “gift” to herself.
The surgery will take place in Frisco, Texas, with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Najera, also known as Dr. Dallas. Martson shared the news on Instagram, tagging Dr. Dallas and posting a screenshot of an article about her upcoming procedures.
Dr. Dallas confirmed the surgery on his own Instagram, expressing readiness for the operation. The breast revision surgery, addressing dissatisfaction with current implants, typically costs between $5,000 and $10,000. The procedure takes one to two hours with a recovery period of four to six weeks. Liposuction, aimed at removing persistent fat pockets, is an outpatient procedure taking one to five hours, with a recovery period of one week and a two-week post-op follow-up.
Martson, who has undergone plastic surgery before, previously had contour liposuction and breast augmentation. In 2019, she also had non-invasive treatments like Botox and fillers. She has expressed openness to future procedures to maintain her physical appearance.
