Influencer Skye Wheatley has entered the operating theatre in Turkey for a controversial cosmetic procedure known as a ‘fox eye lift.’ The 30-year-old shared her experience via Instagram, capturing her moments before the surgery as she lay in a hospital bed, clad in a gown and smiling at the medical staff.
In a video posted on Monday, Wheatley expressed her nervous excitement about the procedure, which is designed to create a subtle cat-eye effect by raising the corners of the eyes. The influencer has been documenting every phase of her surgery journey on social media.
Previously, Wheatley shared a video from Dr. Vasfi Çelik, who detailed the consultation process for the fox eye lift. The clip showed Wheatley and Çelik reviewing pre-surgery photographs and discussing the procedure. Çelik praised Wheatley for her enthusiasm and preparation, emphasizing the procedure’s goal of achieving “beautiful transformations.”
Accompanying Wheatley on her trip are her partner Lachlan Waugh and their two young children. Wheatley has stated that she seeks only a minimal lift to avoid a dramatic change in appearance, despite the potential for public misunderstanding of her choice.
Beyond the fox eye lift, Wheatley has disclosed plans for additional cosmetic procedures, including liposuction on her inner thighs and arms.
