Kristin Cavallari has opened up about her opinions on cosmetic procedures amid an ongoing debate on social media.
The former “Laguna Beach” star addressed concerns related to the use of gua sha, a traditional Chinese beauty tool known for its benefits in stimulating blood flow and reducing inflammation, and its potential impact on Botox. In her Instagram story on September 11, Cavallari expressed her skepticism about Botox, stating, “Something you’re injecting into your face to freeze your muscles cannot be good for you. I don’t care what anybody says, that’s just common sense. But if you wanna get it, get it.”
Her comments sparked discussion among her followers, with one user questioning her stance in light of her own use of silicone implants. The 37-year-old responded with transparency, acknowledging her past decision. “This is NOT to defend me getting my boobs done, but I did 8 years ago,” Cavallari wrote. “I’ve taken my health up a notch and have even thought about taking them out. I sometimes wonder if my decision to get them done would be different today. Just is what it is.”
Cavallari’s reflections highlight the ongoing personal and public dialogue surrounding cosmetic procedures and their impacts on health and personal choice.
