Angelina Jolie is taking significant steps to ensure her son, Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, receives optimal care after he sustained injuries in a recent e-bike accident, which resulted in a noticeable scar on his forehead.
The 20-year-old made his first public appearance since the incident at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 8, 2024, where he joined his mother for the premiere of her film Without Blood.
In light of the accident, Jolie has sought the expertise of a leading plastic surgeon in Los Angeles to explore treatment options for Pax’s scar. An insider revealed that Jolie personally arranged the consultation, demonstrating her hands-on approach as a mother. “Angie wanted to make sure Pax did not have a terrible scar on his face,” the source stated, highlighting her commitment to her children’s well-being.
Following his release from the ICU, Pax is still in recovery and receiving additional treatments to support his healing process. A source told, “It’s been a few weeks since the accident, but he’s still recovering and receiving treatments. He’s uncomfortable and will need further care, but he was very lucky.” Pax’s siblings are also providing support during this challenging time, rallying around him as he continues to heal.
Jolie was taken aback and deeply concerned upon hearing about the accident. “Jolie was shocked and worried when she got the call about the accident,” the insider said, noting that her other children are doing their best to support Pax through his recovery.
