Former 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson has recently undergone cosmetic surgery, revealing a renewed sense of self and confidence. At 38, the mother of two opted for breast implant revision and liposuction on her arms, and she is thrilled with the results.
Martson chose Dr. Robert Najera, a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in Frisco, Texas, commonly known as Dr. Dallas, for her procedures. Dr. Najera performed a breast lift along with a silicone breast implant exchange, enhancing Ashley’s appearance while also contouring her arms through liposuction.
Before-and-after photos obtained by In Touch highlight the subtle yet significant changes in Martson’s arms and chest, showcasing her transformed physique.
According to sources, the procedures were a “gift” to herself as she approaches her 40th birthday and has decided against having more children. An insider noted that this change reflects her desire to embrace a new chapter in her life.
Earlier this month, Martson shared her journey on Instagram, posting images prior to her surgery. Dallas also took to social media to celebrate Ashley’s transformation, expressing gratitude. He referred to her as an “inspiration,” commending her strength and resilience.
Ashley praised Dr. Najera and his surgical team, stating, “This was the easiest surgery with almost no downtime. Thank you again for your caring, compassion, and dedication to hard work! I feel and look amazing thanks to you. 10/10 recommend!”
While she reported minimal downtime, Dr. Dallas’ website indicates that breast revision surgery typically necessitates four to six weeks for recovery. The cost of such procedures can range from $5,000 to $10,000, depending on individual patient goals and needs.
For her arm liposuction, Ashley will need to take approximately one week off from work, followed by two to three weeks without strenuous activities. Swelling from the procedure may last up to three months.
