The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery, led by founder Dr. Joseph Bauer, has entered a strategic partnership with United Aesthetics Alliance (UAA), a leading provider of integrated cosmetic plastic surgery and non-invasive medical spa services. This partnership represents a significant step forward for The Swan Center, allowing the clinic to expand its services and broaden its reach in the aesthetic healthcare industry. UAA is backed by Varsity Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm known for specializing in healthcare services.
Dykema, a national law firm, served as legal counsel to The Swan Center and Dr. Bauer during the transaction. The deal was managed by Craig Woods and Dean Gould, leaders of Dykema’s Healthcare M&A Group, who provided expert strategic guidance throughout the process. Dykema ensured that the transaction was aligned with The Swan Center’s long-term business goals while enhancing the center’s operational capabilities through UAA’s extensive network.
The Swan Center, founded over 20 years ago by Dr. Bauer, has built a reputation as one of Georgia’s leading cosmetic surgery centers. Through this new partnership with UAA, the center will gain access to additional resources aimed at supporting continued growth and offering top-tier aesthetic medical services to its patients.
The transaction was facilitated by Skytale Group, an investment banking advisory firm that acted as The Swan Center’s exclusive sell-side advisor.
