Veronica Rodriguez, known for her appearances on 90 Day Fiancé, has shared significant updates regarding her personal transformation. The 39-year-old TLC personality took to Instagram on October 23 to announce that she has undergone a comprehensive plastic surgery makeover, which includes a breast lift, a full tummy tuck, and liposuction.
In an Instagram Reel, Rodriguez expressed her excitement about the procedures, stating, “I’ve wanted to do this surgery for so long and was in the absolute best hands with @hkbcosmeticsurgery and @drgauravbharti. There is no one I would trust to perform all this work except for HKB, especially because there was a lot of undoing or repairing work that was previously done.”
The video documents her journey from the initial consultation to the completion of her surgery. Rodriguez noted that the swelling has diminished, and she feels extremely satisfied with the results. “I told Dr. B I just wanted space in my body; I was sick of my chest sitting on my tummy sitting on my thighs, and he not only gave me space but also a waist! (who even knew that was in there?!?!?!),” she shared.
In detail, the reality star listed her extensive procedures, which included a breast lift/reduction, implant exchange, repair of breast pocket/capsule, internal mesh bra, full tummy tuck with abdominal repair, and liposuction of the tummy and saddlebags, along with fat grafting to the backside.
Rodriguez first hinted at her surgery plans in April after responding to an online troll who criticized her appearance during the 90 Day: The Single Life season 4 tell-all. The troll encouraged her to “be natural,” to which she replied, “Well, I broke my jaw/fractured my cheek and my face got crooked.”
She explained that her appearance at the tell-all was affected by travel fatigue, saying, “I landed at midnight because Chloe had a choir performance, and they made me arrive first at 5:30 a.m.” She further clarified that her face appeared “puffy from travel” and noted that she hadn’t received Botox since September 2023. “I love my face before and now; your opinion of it has no impact on my life,” she stated.
Rodriguez also announced her intention to undergo a tummy tuck and breast reduction later in the year, advising any detractors to unfollow her if they were bothered by her choices.
In August 2023, Rodriguez suffered a jaw injury when an ab wheel recoiled, causing her to slam her face into a marble floor during a family trip to Miami. She sustained multiple fractures, resulting in her jaw being wired shut to ensure proper healing. She opted against open surgery, which would have involved plates and screws, due to the potential complications.
Fans are familiar with Rodriguez’s relationship history, having recently witnessed her split from Jamal Menzies during season 4 of 90 Day: The Single Life. Following their breakup, she teased a new romance on social media, posting a photo of herself “necking” with a mystery man under the bleachers. However, it remains unclear if they are still together.
