Vogue Williams, model and podcaster, recently shared a personal detail about her cosmetic procedure on her podcast, “Spencer and Vogue,” revealing that she had undergone a “neck skin tightening” treatment. The revelation sparked a lighthearted exchange with her husband, Spencer Matthews, who humorously responded, “Neck? You’re not a f***ing iguana. Your neck is fine.”
The couple, known for their candid and entertaining podcast discussions, were chatting about their everyday lives when the topic came up. Spencer, 36, had just complimented his wife, 39, on her “very naturally pretty” face moments before joking about her neck. The conversation also touched on other light-hearted subjects, such as omelettes, steaks, and Christmas decorations.
The podcast has enjoyed growing popularity over the past year, mirroring the couple’s increasing public profiles. Spencer, a former reality TV star, also used a recent episode to discuss the dangers of ultra-processed foods (UPFs) with Dr. Chris van Tulleken. Reflecting on his own eating habits, Spencer revealed how he had unknowingly consumed processed foods, such as a chicken wrap that he had thought was a healthy snack, only to discover it contained over 40 ingredients.
“I thought it was fine,” Spencer said of the wrap, which contained chicken, mayonnaise, lettuce, and a tortilla wrap. “But when I flipped it over and saw the list, there were a bunch of things I’d never even heard of.” Dr. van Tulleken shared his own journey of cutting out ultra-processed foods, likening it to the strict dietary rules followed by vegetarians, vegans, and those observing religious dietary laws.
