Former Bachelor in Paradise star Kat Izzo is addressing the swirling plastic surgery rumors head-on. In a candid TikTok video, the 27-year-old reality TV alum shared before-and-after photos of herself, admitting to having undergone Botox to enhance her appearance. Izzo also revealed she had fillers to alter her overall look, offering a glimpse into her cosmetic journey.
The admission quickly sparked a flurry of online speculation, with fans comparing her current appearance to older photos. Some viewers even suggested that Izzo looked drastically different prior to her cosmetic procedures. On Reddit, users speculated about the extent of her transformations. One commenter proposed that Izzo had undergone blepharoplasty, cheek, lip, and chin fillers, possibly a nose job, in addition to Botox and veneers. Another Redditor echoed the sentiment, suggesting the use of various procedures, including fillers in the jaw, chin, and cheeks, alongside Botox, lasers, and microneedling.
Izzo’s appearance has been a topic of interest ever since her time on The Bachelor, where she competed for Zach Shallcross’ heart in Season 27 of the show. After being eliminated in Week 7, Izzo returned for Bachelor in Paradise Season 9, where she connected with John Henry, an underwater welder. The couple became engaged during the season finale, but their relationship ended just days later in December 2023.
John Henry later discussed their breakup on the Almost Famous podcast, explaining the difficulties that led to their split. “It just got to a point where it was extremely hard for both of us,” he said. “I just started thinking to myself, maybe this isn’t for me.”
Currently, Izzo is in a relationship with Zac Cooper, whom she made Instagram official with in July 2024. The couple has shared several adorable photos together on social media, showing that Izzo has moved on from her past engagements and found happiness in her new romance.
