According to aesthetic doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge, Lohan could have spent up to $300,000 on a series of surgeries and treatments to achieve her fresh look.
In a video posted to Instagram, the London-based physician shared his expert analysis of the actress’s enhanced features, claiming that Lohan likely underwent a combination of procedures. These reportedly include botox, a surgical brow lift, upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), rhinoplasty, a possible endoscopic facelift, lip lift, lip fillers, and veneers.
Additionally, Betteridge suggested that Lohan may have used laser resurfacing and followed a dermatologist-led skincare routine to further rejuvenate her appearance. The overall cost of these treatments, according to Betteridge, could range between 200,000 and 300,000.
Despite speculation about her transformation, Lohan has previously emphasized her preference for a more natural look. In an October interview, the actress and singer discussed her beauty routine, revealing that she keeps makeup minimal, relying on Giorgio Armani Silk Foundation, Kevyn Aucoin concealer, and mascara from Westman Atelier. She also mentioned her skincare regimen, which includes Aveeno face wipes, Avene face wash, and redness cream for soothing her skin.
Lohan, who welcomed her son Luai in 2023 with husband Bader Shammas, explained that motherhood has shifted her perspective on beauty. “After becoming a mom, I prefer to go out naturally and not feel the need to put something on my face all the time,” she shared. “I think we live under pressure to look made-up, but I don’t feel that way anymore. I just want to look at myself and love myself for who I am.”
