Skye Wheatley, the former Big Brother star, has unveiled plans for additional cosmetic surgery after recently returning from Turkey, where she underwent a controversial fox eye lift, liposuction, temporal lift, and blepharoplasty. The 30-year-old influencer, who also confirmed her split from partner Lachlan Waugh, shared her plans for yet another eye surgery on Instagram, sparking interest from her followers.
In a candid Instagram story, Skye revealed that she had recently visited an eye doctor, which resulted in her pupils becoming dilated. “Guys, I’m wigging out. Look at my pupils—I can’t see anything,” she said. “I look like I’ve just done hectic drugs. I went to an eye doctor and they put these eye drops in my eyes that dilate your pupils.”
The influencer explained the experience, noting the dilated pupils were a side effect of the eye drops used during her appointment. However, the most notable part of her update was the revelation that she was planning to undergo another procedure.
Skye shared that she had found a doctor willing to remove a pinguecula, a harmless yet unsightly growth on the white part of the eye. Despite facing resistance from other surgeons who deemed the surgery too risky, she expressed relief at finally finding someone willing to perform the procedure. “I’m sick of this,” she confessed. “I would like my eyeball back.”
While Skye admitted to being apprehensive about the surgery, she was resolute in her decision. “I feel like it’s going to be so uncomfortable—like when you get something in your eye and it’s just the worst feeling ever,” she said. “But I’m like, ‘Oh well.'”
Skye’s upcoming surgery follows a series of past experiences, including an alleged “scam” involving eye drops she purchased from a clinic in Thailand. After discovering the product on TikTok, she used the drops for five months without success. Skye shared her frustrations with her followers, revealing that attempts to contact the clinic were met with silence.
Despite having an eye specialist in Australia, Skye was told that her condition wasn’t severe enough for surgery, prompting her to seek alternative solutions.
Her surgery plans also come after her controversial fox eye lift in Turkey. The minimally invasive procedure aims to achieve an almond-shaped eye look, popularized by red carpet celebrities, by pulling the outer corners of the eyes. The results, typically lasting six to 12 months, were shared with her followers in a TikTok video showing the transformation, where Skye proudly showcased her new look.
As Skye prepares for her next surgery, she continues to share her journey with her ever-growing social media following, providing insight into both her personal life and cosmetic endeavors.
