Dr. Dev Patel, a cosmetic doctor and the medical director of Perfect Skin Solutions in Portsmouth, weighed in on the matter, noting that Melania’s youthful and flawless complexion may be the result of treatments such as chemical peels or skin tightening procedures like Lipofirm Pro or BTL Exilis. He estimated that a comprehensive range of cosmetic procedures, many of which require bi-annual maintenance, could cost between £10,000-£12,000 in the UK.
Dr. Patel further speculated that Melania may have opted for Botox injections to maintain a smooth forehead and prevent visible wrinkles. Observing a recent interview, he commented that her upper face appeared unusually still, which he attributed to an overuse of Botox, as the lack of movement did not appear in harmony with her speech.
Additionally, Mr. Jag Chana, a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, pointed out subtle changes in Melania’s facial features over the years. He suggested that her nose appears narrower and more refined, a likely result of rhinoplasty, and that her fuller upper lip could be the result of lip fillers. These changes, along with the smoothness of her forehead, seem to indicate the possible use of Botox and dermal fillers.
In line with these observations, Dr. Munir Somji, Chief Medical Officer at Dr. MediSpa, concurred that Melania may have undergone several procedures, including a rhinoplasty and forehead contouring with fillers. He also suggested she may have had buccal fat removal, a procedure designed to slim the face, as well as jawline fillers to create a more chiselled appearance.
Though these expert opinions are purely speculative, they reflect the ongoing public curiosity about Melania Trump’s evolving appearance. As the former First Lady continues to maintain a high profile, it remains unclear whether she has confirmed or denied these speculations.
