Caprice, the 53-year-old model and actress, has opened up about her reliance on Botox to maintain her youthful appearance, while also sharing insights into her recent fitness journey and return to lingerie design.
In an exclusive interview, Caprice admitted that Botox is an essential part of her beauty routine. “My secret is Botox. I can’t live without it,” she said, emphasizing that it is the key to her wrinkle-free look. However, she made it clear that she is not a fan of fillers, recalling a bad experience with them. “I once had fillers underneath my eyes and looked like a blowfish. I said, ‘Take this s*** out of me now,’” Caprice revealed.
Caprice, who shares twin sons Jett and Jax, both 11, with her husband Ty Comfort, has also been focusing on her health and fitness. After gaining weight due to a lack of exercise, she decided to make significant changes to her lifestyle. “I’ve lost around a stone recently – I started to gain weight and I felt gross,” she admitted. She explained that working in an office environment with limited physical activity led to weight gain, which made simple tasks like climbing stairs more difficult.
Determined to regain control of her health, Caprice revamped her diet and fitness routine. “I follow a high-protein diet but I’ve completely cut out red meat. I eat a lot of vegetables. I don’t eat after 6pm – that’s a game changer,” she shared. Caprice has also been working with a personal trainer three times a week and incorporates plenty of walking into her routine, which she describes as both a stress reliever and a mental health booster.
Beyond her physical transformation, Caprice has embraced a new mission to empower older women through her lingerie collaboration with Peacocks. Reflecting on her own journey, Caprice said she no longer fears aging. “I remember what I was 29 and turning 30 and going, ‘Oh my God, no, no!’ But don’t dread getting older, it’s empowering. I’m better now than I’ve ever been and I’m proud of it, and I want other women to be,” she explained. Her goal is to encourage women of all ages to feel confident in their bodies. “If a 50-year-old wants to put on an underwired push-up bra and get those boobs up to her chin – you know what? – I got it for you and let’s do it,” she said.
Caprice’s candid comments offer a glimpse into how she is navigating both her personal and professional life with a positive and empowering mindset.
