Nigerian comedian and content creator Zicsaloma has sparked widespread online discussions after unveiling his rhinoplasty surgery, revealing dramatic before-and-after photos of his healing process. The comedian, who has become a significant figure in the entertainment and social media spheres, recently posted an update on his progress, showcasing both new pictures and a video that highlights the improvements in his recovery.
Zicsaloma opened up about his decision to undergo the procedure, calling the experience transformative. “I had a rhinoplasty—nose job—and it’s giving everything it’s supposed to give and more! This is right after the surgery,” he shared with enthusiasm.
The content creator revealed that his decision to opt for rhinoplasty was heavily influenced by frequent exposure to a Turkish-based cosmetic surgery clinic he followed on Instagram. After reaching out to the clinic, Zicsaloma quickly arranged for the procedure and traveled to Turkey for the surgery. “They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious car, lodged me in a hotel, and made everything seamless. The doctor had performed over 1,000 rhinoplasties, so I knew I was in experienced hands,” he recounted.
The procedure also included a complimentary temporary facelift, which added to his excitement about the transformation. While initially nervous, Zicsaloma forged ahead with the surgery, and five days later, he had his nasal packing removed. Although he described the process as uncomfortable, he reassured his followers that it was not painful.
“My face is still swollen, but I already love my side profile,” Zicsaloma wrote, addressing his fans. “Some people are praying it looks bad, but God pass man! My final look is going to be even better.”
By day 10 post-surgery, he noted some reduction in swelling, though he emphasized that full recovery would take several months. “It takes months for the final result, but I’m already loving my new look. Just stay tuned and keep watching my progress!”
While fans continue to express mixed reactions—some praising his transformation and others questioning the necessity of the surgery—Zicsaloma remains unfazed. Confident in his decision, he embraces his new appearance and continues to share his journey with his online audience.
