Rachel Recchia, a familiar face to Bachelor Nation fans from her appearances on The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, and Bachelor in Paradise, has long shared glimpses of her life with her followers on social media. This week, she took to TikTok to address recurring questions about her evolving appearance, revealing the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone over the years.
In her video, Recchia responded directly to a frequent query: “Why do I not look like myself?” She then took viewers through a visual timeline, explaining the changes to her face from 2021 to 2024.
“Here’s me in 2021, at 25 years old, during my time on The Bachelor,” Recchia began. “I had just gotten lip filler, and I also had baby Botox in my forehead. I had laminated brows, and my hair extensions were freshly added.”
She continued, noting the changes over the next year. “By 2022, I had gained about ten pounds, and my face looked fuller. I got more Botox and had caps on my teeth. My lip filler wasn’t refreshed, but my hair extensions were longer.”
In 2023, at age 27, Recchia shared, “I had cheek filler for the first time, as well as Botox on my forehead and all the way down to my cheekbones. I also started masseter Botox and kept my hair extensions. My eyebrows were starting to lighten at this point.”
The most recent photo she revealed, from 2024 at age 28, shows Recchia with some notable changes. “I dissolved all my lip filler and had it redone. I stopped the masseter Botox but did get Botox in my neck muscles. I still get cheek filler, which I love, and Botox in my forehead and down to my cheeks. My eyebrows are now bleached.”
The TikTok post was met with an outpouring of support from fans, with many praising her honesty and natural beauty. One user commented, “Beautiful then, beautiful NOW,” while another wrote, “I love how honest you are! You are beautiful inside and out!”
