The controversy escalated following a public feud with former friend Alabama Barker, where Bhad Bhabie made claims about Barker’s personal life. Amid the drama, she’s now taking a firm stance online, denying accusations of dishonesty and asserting her right to make personal decisions.

In response to the criticism, Bhad Bhabie took to social media, where she bluntly stated, “I’ve never lied to the internet about ANYTHING.” She clarified that she initially kept her cancer diagnosis private but was compelled to share it after relentless comments about her appearance. “I wasn’t even gonna tell y’all until y’all wouldn’t shut up about my weight,” she added.
The rapper further expressed frustration with the public’s assumptions about her life, saying, “I’ve NEVER been the type of person who ‘lies just to lie.’ Y’all don’t know celebrities or what we are going through just because you watch us through a screen.” She urged followers to stop pretending they know the full story behind her life, emphasizing, “Y’all don’t know us, y’all just see us.”
Defending Her Vaping and Cosmetic Procedures
Bhad Bhabie also addressed the criticism surrounding her vaping habit, asserting that having cancer does not mean she is prohibited from smoking. “Yeah, you can have cancer and still smoke cigarettes,” she reasoned. The rapper also took aim at those questioning her decision to undergo plastic surgery during her cancer treatment. Bhad Bhabie revealed that her hematologist gave her clearance for both surgeries. She explained, “I’m going to the top doctors. They’re not going to perform plastic surgery on a cancer patient without clearance from their cancer doctor. I had to get approval both times for my surgeries.”
Bhad Bhabie elaborated on the procedures, sharing that she had her breast implants and butt injections removed in December 2022 and a rhinoplasty in January 2023. “I’m literally 21 years old, battling cancer, who knows how long I’ll be here for? You think I’m not gonna get my body and my face right and do everything I wanted to do?” she said. She stressed that, despite the criticism, she’s determined to live her life fully, unapologetically doing what makes her happy.

Dugar noted that while cancer patients should proceed with caution regarding cosmetic surgery, Bhad Bhabie took the proper precautions by consulting her medical team before any procedures.
