Reality star Holly Scarfone, known for her appearance on Too Hot to Handle, has revealed that an ex-boyfriend, whom she described as older, once pressured her into undergoing plastic surgery during their relationship.
Scarfone, 26, made the claims on her Suite ‘N Salty podcast, where she did not directly name the individual but alluded to him through a series of text messages allegedly from a contact with the initials “SD.” She also playfully referred to the person as “Rot Shnisick,” a name that appears to rhyme with Scott Disick, the 41-year-old star of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
In the episode, Scarfone recalled a conversation that began when she sent her ex a simple “Happy Easter” message. The exchange reportedly took a turn when he suggested that she undergo cosmetic procedures, including a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which she noted is one of the most dangerous surgeries. “He was like, ‘Oh, can we get that b–b job you were talking about?’ and ‘Why don’t you just take some of that fat and throw it in the back?’” Scarfone said. She described how he encouraged her to do everything at once to minimize recovery time.
Despite her discomfort, Scarfone said she chose not to reveal the identity of her ex out of fear of legal repercussions. “I don’t want to put anybody down,” she stated, adding that she had kept quiet about the experience for years. “I was really young when this happened, and the whole thing was quite scary to me.”
The two were rumored to have had a brief relationship in 2022, with the pair spotted together at Nobu Malibu and in Paris, leaving flirtatious comments on each other’s social media. However, the details surrounding their breakup remain unclear.
Scarfone expressed that sharing her story now, as she becomes more comfortable in the public eye, might help others in similar situations.
