In another instance, the actress took aim at rumors suggesting she was malnourished. Posting another image with a candid caption, she wrote, “Fun fact. This is my face. Not malnutrition, no problems. Why do you have to hate? Get a calendar.” In the same post’s comment section, she addressed the plastic surgery claims again, stating, “Realize I’m not 14. I’m 38” and adding, “I have never had plastic surgery. I am happy and healthy. Check yourself, haters.”
Tragically, Trachtenberg’s life came to a close recently, with news of her passing reported. The actress was found dead by her mother at the luxury apartment complex One Columbus Place in Manhattan on a Wednesday morning. While the cause of death is said to be natural, Trachtenberg had recently undergone a liver transplant, leading some to speculate that her body may have rejected the new organ.
Her representative, Gary Mantoosh, confirmed her death in a statement, saying, “It is with great sadness to confirm that Michelle Trachtenberg has passed away. The family requests privacy for their loss. There are no further details at this time.”
