To uncover the truth behind Pirro’s transformed appearance, The List consulted Board Certified plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Niccole, founder and Medical Director of CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Center & MedSpa in Newport Beach, California. Dr. Niccole offered his expert opinion, stating, “Judge Jeanine looks amazing, but there is no question she’s had facial reconstruction.” He pointed out minor irregularities in her cheeks, which suggest the possibility of a facelift. Additionally, he speculated that Pirro may have undergone upper eyelid surgery due to the youthful appearance of her eyelids, which he described as “too perfect” for her age.
Dr. Niccole further explained that subtle signs of surgery, including scars near her ears and elevated sideburns, are evident in the photo. “She also has scars in front of her hairline above her ear, which is also an indication of a facelift,” he noted. Despite these observations, he complimented Pirro, claiming that her surgery has made her “look at least 10 years younger.”
In another post, Pirro shared a photo of her younger self posing with the late Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. In the image, a youthful Pirro wears a white dress and pearls while smiling next to Kissinger in a tuxedo. While no context or date for the photo was provided, it prompted a wave of positive comments from users, many admiring her beauty then and now.
