Since taking the podium in January, Leavitt’s lips have appeared noticeably out of proportion to the rest of her face. While there’s no official confirmation regarding any cosmetic procedures, the apparent enhancement, coupled with slight bruising, has led social media users to speculate that she might be trying to mask the changes with lip liner. Dr. Michael Niccole, a board-certified plastic surgeon, weighed in on the matter, suggesting that Leavitt could have undergone lip filler or a fat transfer procedure. “After reviewing the video, it appears she may have had some procedure,” Dr. Niccole explained. “There could be bruising, but makeup can often cover it up depending on the individual and the post-procedure care.” The surgeon noted that in some photos, Leavitt’s lips appeared more enhanced, with reduced hollowness and fewer wrinkles, typical of such treatments.
Despite the speculation, Dr. Niccole could not definitively confirm whether Leavitt had received fillers, but he acknowledged that weight loss might also contribute to the more pronounced appearance of her lips. “I think she lost some weight, which gives her a more chiseled look,” he added.
